Colin welcomed all present to the meeting:

Councillors had agreed the Co-option of Mark Hill prior to the meeting
5 Minutes of the last meeting were agreed
6 Reports
6.1 Police report had been distributed to Councillor’s prior to the meeting.
concern for ASB involving Collier Hill Residents – Clerk to contact Di
Smith for further information.
6.2 County Councillor
report received from resident reference Avant Construction, planning resolved
the issue.
7. Planning issues reported with no observations.
8. Cllrs decided to change the sign fronts on roundabout Action clerk to contact
Eyecatching signs for prices.
9. As Barratts refuse to communicate regarding a playpark which has not been
handed over to Trustgreen – clerk to contact Planning Officer
10. Highways are happy with the parking at Beecherstowe Drive no action to be
taken.
11. Play Parks NYC – Clerk to contact Barry Mason and also to provide relevant
reports.
12. Notice Board at Cookson way to be replaced – look up price apply Locality
Budget.
13. Defib Training – put on next agenda speak to Chris.
14. Chairmans suggestion gardening competition/ Scarecrow competition join CTC
need advertising leaflet drop, facebook, nearer the time.
15. Bin – decided to ask W&SS to move it more suitable place.
Parish Finances
The Clerk had forwarded the Monthly balances prior to the meeting
Councillors approved Bacs payments prior to meeting.
Ongoing issues with Barclays Bank have still not been resolved – complaint has
been lodged by the RFO.
